What is your shipping policy?
Shipping will be Fed Ex home delivery or USPS unless other arrangements are made by the buyer.
We use a flat tier shipping system to order to streamline the process and maintain competitive rates.
Our rates are as follows:

Small - $18
Medium - $30
Large $50
Extra Large $75
Decor
Extra Small - $8
Small - $11
Medium - $16
Large - $ 20
Extra Large - $26
These rates are subject to change based on our changing product assortment.
Note: Houston area buyers are able to pick up purchases in person to avoid shipping costs. Delivery may be arraged in certain circumstances, please contact us for details.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Customers may have up to 14 days to return an item for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days and within 30 days will receive store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. All items must be recieved in identical condition as it was received.
We pack our items very carefully, but should an item be damanged in transit, please notify us within 3 days. The buyer must supply photos and pertinent information for the damage claim.
Do you work with the trade?
We love working with designers and other members of the trade! We offer competitive pricing to qualified individuals. Houston area designers may check out items for approval for up to one week with a valid credit card number on file.
